Initially, reaching anyone by phone here is an impossible task. Also, it's quite baffling how they find it permissible to keep customers waiting in line for 20 minutes only to announce, without warning, that they won't be opening until noon. Is it too much to ask for a simple sign to inform people? A pharmacy is too crucial to simply remain closed, especially when some individuals travel a significant distance of FIFTY MILES to reach it. Absolutely dreadful.
The employees here are genuinely friendly, professional, and pleasant. However, attempting to contact them through any means other than in person is an exercise in futility. During their lunch break, the system doesn't even allow you to leave a voicemail, simply disconnecting the call. Even during their working hours, they refuse to answer the phone under any circumstances, leading to voicemails and the need to await a callback.
