I discovered this establishment through an online search and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I took my elderly Pomeranian, who is both blind and deaf, to get groomed and he returned home looking fabulous. Despite his nervousness, the staff made sure he was as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be returning whenever any of my dogs need some pampering!
This will be the sole occasion I bring my dog to this grooming salon. The first warning sign was when I was informed over the phone that grooming a Tibetan Terrier would cost a minimum of $100 (which is $25 more than I've ever paid in CT or FL over the past 16 years!). The second red flag was when I was told upon drop-off that they rarely groom Tibetan Terriers. While there were some knots on her neck and back legs, the real shock came when I picked her up and discovered that instead of removing the knots as my previous groomers did, her entire body and legs had been shaved, and I was charged $120! I could have done that myself and saved a significant amount of money. Needless to say, she now resembles a character from Star Wars, and I hope her hair grows back quickly after this disastrous haircut.
