I had a terrible experience with two employees at this salon. They were incredibly rude. When I asked the technician who was working on my pedicure to use acetone to remove the gel on my toes, she flat out refused, citing time constraints. After paying and preparing to leave, I was met with further hostility from both women, who yelled at me and threatened me for expressing my dissatisfaction. Their behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be returning.
I visited this salon for a Gel manicure ($20) and Pedicure ($18) last week. The quality here is always hit or miss. Unfortunately, my gel manicure was extremely disappointing. The shaping was off, and the application was so sloppy that it's unlikely to last even a week without lifting. The color selection is also lacking. I won't be returning; it's worth spending your money elsewhere.
The technician refused to give me long nails and the coffin shape I wanted. The shaping was too square, resulting in cuts on almost all my fingers during filing. The nails lack the desired curve at the base, leaving me feeling disappointed and upset.
