My pedicure was exceptional! I highly recommend it, and the manicure was equally stunning. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and spa-like. A definite recommendation!
My usual visits to nk are enjoyable, but I was disappointed with my nails yesterday. They are bumpy where filled and one is crooked after being broken and fixed. I also experienced a lot of cuticle cuts during the smoothing process. The pain and $55 were not worth the result. I felt uncomfortable with the individual who did my nails, especially as an underage person being called terms like "babe" and "beautiful." This was the second time with him; the first time, about 6 months ago, I didn't complain, assuming he was new. Since I went in on a Saturday without appointments, he ended up doing my nails. I hoped for a better experience this time.
I had a fantastic experience with my shellac manicure. Despite the busy schedule, I was finished in just 30 minutes from my appointment time. Rich did an excellent job. Booking online was a breeze. Make sure to schedule in advance as they tend to get quite busy. I will certainly be returning!
