Staff is untrained, & very unprofessional. I called wanting to put in an order and have it picked up. I have done this for years and never have used the app. The person told me they didn’t allow over the phone orders. I said hmm that’s weird I have always done this and never used app. Then they said they had no idea how. When I asked them if they could ask someone for help, they said no, And hung up on me.
