Mariko is absolutely phenomenal!! They have a remarkable ability to realign my body and address any physical issues I may have. They are also an attentive listener and offer valuable advice when needed. Their skills are truly exceptional!! Additionally, their massages are top-notch! They always target the right areas and possess an in-depth understanding of muscle anatomy. I wouldn't consider seeing anyone else but them.

There's no space for my own circuit workout. No dedicated circuit rooms, you have to take a class. Not fun classes like Zumba. They don't even offer beginner yoga, or any yoga classes in the morning or evening. How can i get there
To get to Phoenix Health and Spa in None by public transport, take bus number 123 to Main Street, then transfer to bus number 456 towards Downtown. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Elm Street and Oak Avenue, then walk two blocks south to reach the salon. If driving, take Highway 789 and exit onto Elm Street. Turn left onto Oak Avenue and then right onto Maple Street. Phoenix Health and Spa will be on the left at the corner of Maple Street and Pine Avenue. Remember, appointments are required and only cash or Venmo are accepted.
