It was my first visit to the clinic, and I must say that I was genuinely impressed. I felt welcomed by the staff, who made sure I was comfortable. The doctor addressed all my concerns and provided practical solutions that will aid me on my journey.
I had a very positive experience during my visit. The staff was courteous and polite, and the wait time for the appointment was minimal. I only had to wait for the doctor for about 7 or 8 minutes, and Ms. Greene was very attentive and assisted me with the issues I was facing. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit.
Upon my arrival, I overheard that they were short-staffed. However, I couldn't discern any lack in service as everyone was on point and exceptionally welcoming. They conducted themselves with pride. My nurse was excellent, and I have a great admiration for my physician, Dr. Dana Greene. She is a standout at that facility. I was in and out within an hour. I drive from Plano to visit this office in Rockwall because they are top-notch! Thank you for the care, love, and support.
