I recently had my eyebrows microbladed, and I must say, I am quite disappointed with the results. They appear uneven and more like tattoos on my face rather than the natural look I was aiming for. I find myself having to fill them in daily to avoid looking like a clown. The entire experience has been disheartening, especially since I was looking forward to the outcome. Upon checkout, my beautician offered me a $100 discount, which makes me think she recognized the mistake. Absolutely adore this place, the employees are so welcoming! It was incredibly relaxing! I'm in love with my nail color! It's so lovely, perfect for autumn! They really took the time to make the metallic shade pop! I've been to many in the region, and decided to try this one with my mother. This place was superior to any in Katy without a doubt, Gloss had employees who didn't even engage in conversation. I had a wonderful experience at Natural Hair of Katy today! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a smiling face. My stylist promptly guided me to the shampoo station, and the entire process, which lasted just over an hour, was completely painless. The facility was spotlessly clean, and the ambiance, with music and TV, enhanced the experience. While the product used left some white residue, I'm overall satisfied with the results.
