Sales representative Tika of the Kamakana Alii location is a gem and definite asset to the Sephora team! She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient, and a great saleswoman and motivator! Tika is an excellent Ambassador of the Sephora brand, and her high level of professionalism makes the entire Sephora shine brightly above the competition!
We came in an hour before closing. There weren't many people in the store, but the employees looked tired and beat. I like to shop and ask for help only when needed, so when the service that they'd usually give by asking people if they needed help was provided, I didn't mind. When we went to cash out, the oblivious cashier gave me too much money back and seemed insulted when I informed her she got a bit defensive but then said thanks. Hope she woke up after that!
Lani is amazing. I needed to find a replacement for my wunder brow. She took a few minutes from her busy schedule to assist me. Love that they do curbside pickup. How cool is that. Thanks, Lani.
