My spouse and I were thrilled to schedule a couples massage the day after we arrived in Kauai. Regrettably, due to inclement weather, our flight was diverted and we faced a one-day delay. I promptly informed the spa, and they graciously rescheduled our appointment! We were overjoyed and absolutely adored our massage. A definite recommendation! I was in town for my birthday and managed to secure same-day appointments for my child, spouse, and myself, albeit not concurrently but consecutively. Every aspect was handled with professionalism, from the initial phone call (I also utilized the website to send an email, receiving a response within hours) to our arrival, the massage session, and departure. The massage was impeccable and truly relaxing. We savored the beach and pool while waiting for each other. We will definitely revisit!
