The staff here is exceptionally professional! I appreciate how the receptionist encourages customers to wash their hands before receiving services. They also diligently sanitize their equipment before every use. I opted for the lavender pedicure and the fragrance was delightful! My manicure looks stunning, and the technician was very skilled. The presence of a reward program makes me eager to return as a first-time client. Had to get a touch-up as the chrome polish chipped a week after my manicure. Also, decided to have my left big toe retouched due to a cracked nail. Tina, I seek no attitude, just polished nails. Despite leaving a tip and paying $150 for the chrome polish, I was met with frustration, even after being questioned multiple times about affordability. Not appreciated, especially during a tough time. Additionally, the chrome on my right foot is chipping, and there's another crack. Oh, my!
The quality varies based on the technician. Spent $300 for two of us. My nails started peeling after 2 days, had to seek another salon for removal. Polished Nail Salon merely applied polish without proper filing and neglected to clean my fingernails thoroughly. Toes fared no better, evident marks between old and new polish. The other person had a great experience and left with beautiful nails.
I visited for the first time yesterday - inquired about walk-ins or available appointments at 3:30 pm. They accommodate walk-ins but scheduled me for 6 pm. Arrived over an hour early, and they promptly attended to me! Huy was my technician, and his work was beyond phenomenal. These are, without a doubt, the best nails I've had; meticulously shaped and flawless. Usually opting for neutral shades, Huy suggested the perfect color to match my costume plans. Can't wait to return, thank you Huy and Polished! Update 11/12 - Returned today and Huy exceeded expectations again! Delighted with this set more than the last, and the lavender pedicure was absolutely worth it. Thrilled to have found my go-to spot.
