Just visited for the first time for a Brazilian and thigh wax, and had an outstanding experience. Valeri was incredibly kind, gracious, efficient, and thorough! She made me feel relaxed and composed throughout the process. I appreciated her technique of applying pressure after each strip and guiding me on when to take a deep breath. It significantly reduced the discomfort. This was one of the most gentle waxes I've ever had! Without a doubt, the most exceptional massage therapist I have ever encountered. This individual performed techniques on me today that I didn't even know were possible. After visiting various massage therapists who would mention, "darling, your upper back is extremely tight, it may take multiple sessions to fully release it," even with intense deep tissue work, this individual educated me on muscle structure, pressure points, and was one of the few in her graduating class who could release the muscle beneath the shoulder blade without triggering the nerve near the armpit. When I say... My muscles released and moved effortlessly!!! It was astonishing, I could even feel the improved circulation in my body, it's ASTOUNDING!! I have already scheduled my next appointment. This individual is truly MAGICAL. Highly recommended!!! She operates from her residence and is in the process of adding a spa area with a hot tub. I am a supporter. My body feels absolutely amazing. This has to be the worst acrylic nail job I've ever witnessed. My son & nephew both had their full sets put on very sloppily by the female tech. I'm not sure she thought she could give them half professional service because they are young teenagers but this was INCREDIBLY disappointing. My nephew's polish was so sloppy & thick that it looked like he did it himself. She even had an attitude when we said something & the male tech said he would redo it. I give them points for making good on redoing the gel polish for him & making it right but 4 of his nails popped off just 5 days later - this is not his first time having acrylic nails, so we cant say he doesn't know how to care for them. My son had a nail pop off at the 7 day mark. This is ridiculous & a complete waste of money. Never again.

I requested a longer front cut that reaches my eye level, but unfortunately, they cut my hair too short.
