The establishment is impressively well organized, and I appreciate the ambiance. The individuals are friendly, but I have encountered challenges in receiving assistance in either finding similar products with comparable ingredients or in attracting an assistant's attention to help me locate specific products in the past. They do not stock the particular shade I desired from my preferred hair color brand (which is surprising, considering they carry every other shade from that brand), and while they used to offer acceptable alternatives, I was recently informed that they will no longer carry those either. The store is pleasant, but I believe it no longer aligns with my preferences as my primary shopping destination.
I visited the salon today to have my hair styled by Morgan. I was promptly greeted upon arrival. Since I arrived early, I browsed the store and received assistance with professionalism and warmth. Subsequently, I had my hair styled. Morgan performed a full foil, and the results were absolutely fantastic. It was truly the best experience.
Just wanted to express my gratitude to Riley for his exceptional recommendations and assistance yesterday! I was truly impressed by his generosity, understanding, and the time he dedicated to helping me for more than an hour. I have always preferred minimal foundation, and I was in dire need of guidance. He guided me through the entire process of achieving light to full coverage makeup. He demonstrated how to apply each product and matched them to my skin tones. Additionally, he provided me with 2-3 recommendations for each type of product, spanning different price ranges. I was feeling lost, and I am immensely grateful to Riley for his valuable advice and for delivering exactly what I needed! Thank you once again!!
