I bumped up my rating by one star only because they managed to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment later on, but I was truly let down by the overall service.
They did a fantastic job. Now I understand why everyone raves about this spot. I reside in Denver and have my go-to spots there. I'm thrilled I stumbled upon a nail and pedi salon here in Colorado Springs.
I needed my gel polish removed as it was looking terrible, and asked for a new polish. They confirmed a specific time and took 30 minutes to attend to me. They soaked my nails in pure acetone for 20 minutes and charged $20. No time for nail polish application, and soaking nails in acetone can be quite harsh and uncomfortable, especially without a protective layer afterward. I wouldn't recommend this place. Colorado Springs could use more options for nail salons.
