I am disheartened ☹️. The advertised price for the Magic Sleek treatment on Lena's website was up to $200. However, during my appointment, I noticed her slow movements and learned she was experiencing physical imbalance, which was unclear to me. After enduring 5 hours at the salon, I was shocked to be charged $500 for the treatment. In comparison, I paid $300 for the same treatment at another salon, where it only took 3 hours. This discrepancy has left me feeling dissatisfied, and I have decided not to return to Lena's salon.

Lena did an outstanding job with my highlights, haircut, and style. She exudes professionalism and warmth, truly showing her dedication to her craft and clients. I highly recommend Lena to anyone looking for stunning hair transformations.

My hair color did not match the extensions she improperly installed, leading to half of them falling out within a week. Upon requesting a redo, Lena failed to effectively communicate with Hairdreams, resulting in the arrival of insufficient hair in incorrect colors. She even attempted to have me sign an agreement to cover up her mistakes. Despite spending over $2,900, Lena refused to refund my money and ignored my attempts to rectify the situation. I have reported her to the appropriate authorities and urge others to avoid falling victim to her deceit. Lena's actions are a disgrace to the hair industry, and she should be prohibited from working on clients ever again. Fraudulent behavior.
