I had my nose pierced in December 2021 by Taylor. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. They were incredibly kind, and as a person from a minority background who has encountered extremely rude customer service and subpar piercers, Taylor was a breath of fresh air. I never got the chance to leave a review for them or Atomic Tattoo, but I still vividly remember the great service. The procedure was done smoothly and with minimal discomfort. Exceptional service, highly recommended!
I've had several piercings done here with Taylor and Jordan. They've always treated me well, but during my last visit to switch out the jewelry for my conch piercing, I was informed by a staff member that I couldn't use hoops. Despite having the piercing for well over 6 months, I was advised against it. I believe the issues I was facing were due to the jewelry being too long, compounded by my hair care routine causing moisture-related problems. I opted for 2 studs, which I didn't really want, and the staff member used long backs on them again!! Not only did I not get what I desired, but the backs weren't downsized either. I won't be returning, and if I do, it will be to Atomic in Pflugerville. I'm truly upset and disappointed to have spent $300 on something I didn't want.
I had my nipples pierced by Taylor and they were so knowledgeable and accommodating. I was quite nervous about getting it done, so I truly appreciated their kindness and attentiveness to my preferences. I was searching for a studio where the piercers truly took pride in their craft and used top-notch jewelry. It was reassuring to see they had multiple female piercers as some other places I called only had male piercers. I adore my piercings and I'm excited for them to heal so I can play around with different jewelry options. I would absolutely recommend this studio to a friend.
