I must say, I am a critical reviewer and I rarely give a single star unless it is truly warranted. This establishment, however, more than meets the criteria. The moment the massage began, a timer was set and if anyone interrupted, the masseuse would leave without pausing the timer. Instead of providing a soothing massage, she relentlessly pressed her elbow into my already tender areas, causing me to regret my decision to come here. Such forceful pushing and squeezing is not what I expected from a massage. To make matters worse, she left the room twice to attend to others, leaving me questioning why I stayed. Upon settling the bill with $60.00 in cash, the masseuse then had the audacity to demand a 20% tip.
