I've been on the verge of tears since I left the salon. I had grown my hair out long enough to have the top, crown, back, and sides permed. I specifically asked for unpermed sideburns and a 3-inch section at the nape. I showed a picture for reference, and the stylist assured me she could achieve a similar look. However, instead of perming the desired length and then trimming and shaping it, she cut it very short and permed only the top. The sides and back are flat against my head with no perm. I now have a poof of curls only on the extremely short top, resembling a poodle. This is the worst haircut I've ever had. I didn't speak up at the time because I didn't want to hurt her feelings. But I feel embarrassed to have my hair looking like this, especially with a professional job. This is not what I requested. After she cut the sides, there was nothing I could do. I gave a one-star rating, mainly because she is very sweet, but lacks the vision to understand the impact of her decisions on clients. I won't be returning. I was also charged an extra $5 for a gentle body wave, despite calling ahead to inquire about the cost. Additionally, I discovered that using my debit card would incur a 6% surcharge, even though it's a common payment method nowadays. I even left a decent tip out of obligation. I am so upset. I apologize, Melissa D, but you didn't truly listen to me or consider the picture I showed.

This salon is excellent! They genuinely care about their clients and collaborate to ensure you get exactly what you asked for. Huge shoutout to both Melissa S and Lisa, who always ensure I receive top-notch treatment!
