Absolutely fantastic experience! I opted for a dip manicure while my niece went for acrylic. The staff took their time and ensured we didn't feel rushed at all. Despite usually having long, healthy nails, I had one broken nail, and the technician kindly added a tip just to that nail without pushing for a whole set. I will definitely be returning!
Extremely poor service. We waited for an hour before being attended to, only to find they were lacking necessary supplies. The powder layers were applied thinly, and the technicians rushed through the process, not allowing the polish to dry properly. This resulted in my sister and niece experiencing discomfort during the service. By nightfall, their nails were already chipping, cracking, and the polish was peeling off. When we requested a fix, the nail technician was rude and uncooperative. Despite trying to reach out, we were met with dismissive responses. Now we have to seek another salon to rectify their poor work.
Having recently relocated, I was on the hunt for a nail salon that offered top-notch customer service and excellent shaping. This salon exceeded my expectations from the moment I stepped in. The owners are incredibly welcoming and now greet me by name. After visiting around five times, I consistently leave in love with my nails. To those seeking a new nail salon, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Prepare to be amazed!
