Despite my repeated attempts to correct the design, my ring finger nail looked completely off. I have been here once before and had a fantastic experience getting a cut and color. I booked again to get a trim hoping I would receive the same care and quality of service. I did not. I am incredibly disappointed. I paid for a 60-minute service consisting of a wash, cut, dry, and style. The entire service was incredibly rushed and I was out of the salon in less than 30 minutes. My stylist was incredibly aggressive when washing and conditioning my hair, and roughly combed her hands through my hair in an attempt to detangle it. When discussing how much hair I was looking to cut off, I specifically requested only one inch be cut off. She cut my hair very quickly, and cut off an entire 3 inches of my hair. This was incredibly disappointing as I specially asked for a small trim and have recently been trying to grow my hair out. While brushing out my wet hair, my cartilage piercing was forcefully yanked out of my ear. I understand accidents can happen with jewelry, however she did not seem to notice which shows how aggressive she was in her service. Furthermore, she did not fully dry my hair, and it certainly was not styled. Parts of my hair were still damp and curly/frizzy from the wash. The entire appointment was rushed and completed in poor quality. The fact that this service was over in less than 30 minutes shows that the proper quality of goods/services was certainly not provided. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience and am seeking a refund for the lack of proper quality, care, and exchange of goods/services.About
