The lash technician paid close attention to my desired outcome during my appointment for a full set of lashes. I was thrilled with the result and received numerous compliments! My only suggestion is to be more transparent about the pricing for hybrid lashes. Prior to booking online, I had a phone conversation with the technician and we agreed on a classic full set. However, at the end of the appointment, the cost for hybrid lashes (9, 10, 11 cm) was significantly higher ($300). The lack of pricing information for hybrid lashes on the website can be confusing for customers.
Whitney is absolutely amazing, a true expert in her field. The compliments I receive on my lashes speak volumes about her skill. Do not hesitate to visit Lash and Brow Loft.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences with Whitney for my eyelash extensions! I have visited her twice now, once for a Classic full set and then a 3-week Classic refill. I plan to extend the time to 4 weeks for my next refill. Initially, I was apprehensive as a first-time extension wearer with monolids. However, Whitney made me feel at ease and walked me through the entire process. I desired a subtle, natural look, and she delivered perfectly. I am in love with my lashes!! Additionally, I was grateful that she was willing to wear two masks during my initial visit. She is truly exceptional!
