Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The technician was friendly and professional, but my $143 full set of lashes has nearly disappeared just 7 days after application. My previous technician always praised my lash retention and natural lash health, so this was quite disheartening. Additionally, I noticed that the lashes were placed much lower on my lash line compared to my previous salon. : (

The lash technician paid close attention to my desired outcome during my appointment for a full set of lashes. I was thrilled with the result and received numerous compliments! My only suggestion is to be more transparent about the pricing for hybrid lashes. Prior to booking online, I had a phone conversation with the technician and we agreed on a classic full set. However, at the end of the appointment, the cost for hybrid lashes (9, 10, 11 cm) was significantly higher ($300).
