I visited this salon for the first time and was impressed by the charming ambiance. Ray provided exceptional service, paying close attention to detail and offering helpful suggestions. Although it's a bit farther for me to travel, I will definitely return in two weeks.

This salon didn't meet my expectations, but it wasn't the worst experience either. When I arrived, a different stylist attended to me, and I showed him a picture of the hairstyle I desired. He confidently claimed he understood, but proceeded to cut my hair, leaving bald patches on my head. It seemed as though he disregarded my preferences and the reference image, opting to style it his way instead. Despite its proximity to my home, I consider this salon to be just average in my opinion.

I recently took my daughter to get her haircut at this salon for the first time, as our usual stylist in Laurel was unavailable. The barber assigned to us was the gentleman on the far right. I requested a "Skin Fade" and assumed that was all that needed to be communicated. However, upon looking up after taking a seat, I realized it was too late. The barber had given my daughter a boot camp-style military cut, far from the skin fade I had asked for. He made decisions about the top of her hair without consulting me, resulting in a poorly executed fade with visible lines and uneven lengths near her ear. The shaping and outlining were equally disappointing. After a brief conversation, the barber offered not to charge us. While I didn't believe the haircut was worth paying for in the first place, I appreciated his gesture. I promptly took my daughter to Warren's to have her haircut fixed, which is where I should have gone initially. This experience was reminiscent of a past incident at a Vietnamese salon that also botched my child's haircut. I have no intention of returning to this salon and cannot recommend it to others. Truly disappointing.
