Outstanding customer service experience! I phoned to reserve my appointment at 6:30 pm, just half an hour before closing time at 7 pm. The receptionist displayed remarkable patience and friendliness! Much gratitude! ✔️ The ambiance is pristine and inviting. The chairs are cozy and recline for a delightful hair wash. ✔️✔️ Staff greet customers with warm smiles! The atmosphere is welcoming. ✔️ My service commenced promptly as scheduled! ✔️ Enjoyed a soothing scalp massage during the hair wash. ✔️ As a delightful bonus, they offered water and snacks! Absolutely thrilled with my silk press and curls.
Walk-ins are treated as if our money is only valued when business is slow. I arrived around 1:30 pm to inquire about availability. I showed them pictures of three hairstyles. I was advised to return between 3 or 4 pm. Upon my return at 3:30 pm, my services began. The stylist braided my hair, resulting in small braids in the front and excessively large ones in the back, as evident in the photos. Subsequently, I was left unattended for over 39 minutes, with the stylist simply stating she would return shortly. I went out to my car and noticed her attending to another client. It was only when the lady from the front desk came to the back and offered me a snack and water while the stylist continued with another client's hair. I left with my hair incomplete. As I was departing, suddenly someone was available to resume work on my hair. However, I declined the offer. The total cost of $130 was not justifiable for the service received. There were no other clients present upon my arrival, and only two when I left, despite it being a Friday. 👌🏾
Exceptional service. My two daughters were thoroughly pleased. The proprietor, Natalie, is a true treasure. Tosin, the receptionist, exudes politeness and delivers top-notch customer service. We will definitely be repeat customers.
