I finally decided to get a haircut after a long time and chose Sports Clips. I was greeted promptly and seated by a very friendly stylist named Arlett. She listened to my preferences and delivered an exceptional haircut that exceeded my expectations. I haven't had such a great haircut in years. I will definitely be returning and asking for Arlett by name.

My experience today was absolutely terrible. I requested a simple haircut - a straight buzz cut with a squared back and a beard line up on my cheeks. Despite my specific instructions, Claudia, whom I was seeing for the first time, ignored my request and pushed my beard line down too far. I take great pride in my beard and have never had an issue with this haircut before. However, today, I was charged $10 for a service that did not meet my expectations. Despite my dissatisfaction, they were not willing to compensate for the mistake. I was told that management would contact me, but I have no desire to return to this establishment. I reluctantly give one star only to leave this review.
