Let me begin by saying that my previous visit here was satisfactory. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. Today, I had a 2:00 pm appointment while my mother had a 2:15 pm slot. By 2:15 pm, we raised concerns with the front desk about my delayed appointment. The staff failed to provide a clear explanation, and by 2:30 pm, I inquired again. Shortly after, the manager informed me that the masseuse had not arrived, and they were uncertain about her status or if she would show up.
First visit to this spot, and it's a refreshing change from the others! My therapist, Aisha, was exceptional. Dealing with a facial nerve condition for 2 years now, she was so gentle and reassuring, displaying great expertise! The entire team is professional and welcoming. Don't hesitate, folks, this place is top-notch!
