My scheduled appointment was at 4:30 pm. I arrived early at 4:20, checked in, and waited. A walk-in with two boys arrived and requested the stylist I had an appointment with, getting taken care of as a walk-in. It was already 4:37 pm, and I had to inquire at the counter why my appointment time wasn't respected, leaving me waiting. A very disappointing experience indeed.About
