Ultra Nails

This experience was disappointing! My mother and her friend had appointments for her birthday celebration. Despite having scheduled appointments, we had to wait as the manicurist was occupied. The rushed service resulted in the worst pedicure and manicure I've ever received. The technician was hurried, standing the entire time, and my cuticles were left untouched. Despite my mother having a birthday discount, the total bill for both of us was $192.00, leaving me confused about the charges. Additionally, they took my mother's nearly full punch card, stapled it to another receipt, and refused to return it. My 89-year-old mother was left bewildered by their behavior.

During my visit today, I showed a nail technician a picture of the design I wanted. Despite my feedback about the thickness and symmetry of the lines, she did not make the necessary adjustments. Furthermore, she cut my nails too short, with one thumb being noticeably shorter. When she offered to fix it with acrylic, the result was still unsatisfactory, with each nail looking different from the others. I hesitated to voice my concerns, but the technician did not offer to redo the nails the next day. To add to the discomfort, I ended up with bleeding fingers during the process.

I must say, these individuals are amazing! They were cheerful and accommodating, even staying late for us without any complaints. The service they provided was exceptional, and we are definitely planning to return and highly recommend this skilled establishment. ❤️ 💙 💜 💖
