They completely botched my manicure, and when I requested a refund as I had to seek another salon to fix it, they callously refused, even going as far as ridiculing me and questioning my sanity. Upon requesting to speak with a manager, I was told to call back later, only to be informed by a male employee that the manager was unavailable. The service was beyond subpar, with not only my nails being ruined but also witnessing another customer being treated disrespectfully. Despite clearly communicating my desired nail length, they cut them too short, chipped them, and left them looking patchy. The unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed were appalling, not to mention the hair, smudges, and chips left unattended. I will never return to this establishment.
I had my nails done by Danny for the second time, and I must say, he absolutely nailed it both times! I'm quite particular, but I've finally found a fantastic nail technician!
I am thrilled with my nails! It's been a while since I last got them done, and after searching for a new salon, Danny worked his magic, and my nails turned out stunning. I will definitely be a returning customer.
