On the second day post my haircut, I am still grappling with disappointment over the outcome. As a new patron, I explicitly communicated my hair type and desires to Trisha, providing visual references for long layers suitable for my thick hair. However, upon returning home, I was dismayed to find my hair drastically thinned out, a stark departure from what was discussed. It took me years to achieve my desired length, and this unexpected outcome has left me disheartened. While Trisha exhibited kindness, the deviation from the agreed-upon style prevents me from giving a favorable review.

They completely botched my manicure, and when I requested a refund as I had to seek another salon to fix it, they callously refused, even going as far as ridiculing me and questioning my sanity. Upon requesting to speak with a manager, I was told to call back later, only to be informed by a male employee that the manager was unavailable. The service was beyond subpar, with not only my nails being ruined but also witnessing another customer being treated disrespectfully. Despite clearly communicating my desired nail length, they cut them too short, chipped them, and left them looking patchy. The unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed were appalling, not to mention the hair, smudges, and chips left unattended. Todd did an exceptional job with my hair transformation. Around half of my hair is now silver, and I embraced the decision to stop coloring it a few years back. With my very lengthy locks, I finally took the leap to have them blended. I knew it would require a skilled professional, and he certainly showcased his expertise, surpassing my expectations!
