I underwent a basic pedicure, which was satisfactory. The issue arose during the manicure. I requested a black dip manicure with a moon and a few stars as accents. I assumed this was a relatively simple request. However, my nail technician repeatedly wiped off and redid each nail. I had my first Brazilian treatment done here, along with a full face sugaring, high frequency treatment, and a lash lift and tint. Alex is truly exceptional! They created a very comfortable experience, provided valuable information, and did an outstanding job! I didn't plan on getting a lash lift/tint, but they managed to accommodate me last minute during my appointment! I am thrilled with the results and will be returning every 4 weeks for the Brazilian Sugaring! Their space is charming, calming, and visually appealing.
