Beth is a fantastic masseuse, providing both therapeutic and relaxing treatments. I highly recommend visiting her at the spa, where they offer a range of services including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and a full-service salon. Additionally, they use AVEDA products which enhance the experience. My visit was truly enjoyable.
Our group had a wonderful time at the spa on Saturday, 11/25/2023. We indulged in relaxation, sauna sessions, and the skilled hands of Beth, who provided excellent massages for all four of us. It was a delightful experience spent with my friends. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this spa a try. Special thanks to Drew for assisting me with everything!
I have been a patron of this establishment for nearly 2 years now, and at the age of 70, I no longer drive. When I called to schedule an appointment for a Friday, I realized on Thursday that I might have difficulty arranging transportation for that day. So, I politely asked if I could reschedule for Saturday. The person on the phone was quite impolite, reminding me of their cancellation policy and that they had my credit card information on file. I explained that I was not canceling, just trying to ensure I could make it on a day I could secure a ride. However, he made it clear that my request was an inconvenience. They even charge a fee for moving appointments to a different day. Feeling frustrated, I hung up but called back later. Another person answered, who was slightly more courteous but still insisted on their policy. Feeling disheartened by how I was treated, I decided to cancel my appointment altogether. On a previous visit, I had to wait outside the shop until nearly 10 am due to their late opening and lack of communication. The experience left me feeling cold and unwelcome. Moreover, the salon seemed understaffed, with my favorite hairdresser no longer working there. Considering the high prices and poor treatment, I have no plans to return. Rescheduling should not be equated to canceling.
