I scheduled an appointment for my 9-year-old twins and myself. Upon arrival, there was some confusion regarding the services we were supposed to receive. Despite this, the staff managed to accommodate us promptly and did an excellent job. The team at the salon was incredibly kind to my daughters, engaging them in conversation about their birthday. I would recommend this place, but I highly suggest making an appointment as they tend to be quite busy.
The staff here is top-notch! They provided exceptional service and made me feel valued. I've become a loyal customer and have returned multiple times due to their stellar work!
They were all quite pleasant but failed to meet my expectations. I had specified an item over the phone, and they initially agreed to it. However, upon my arrival and request, they seemed hesitant to fulfill it.
