This salon is unequivocally the finest nail salon in Portland. The staff are all highly skilled. Harper served me, we did a gel manicure and pedicure. He is very knowledgeable about nail care. Incredibly friendly and amusing! He truly made today a wonderful experience. Impeccably clean, with meticulous attention to detail. Ethan is also exceptionally thorough and detailed in his work.
