Lacy has done an outstanding job with my extensions and explaining the care instructions for them. She is incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring that I'm comfortable and nothing is too tight or loose, and nothing is getting caught. We always have wonderful conversations as well. I'm always welcomed with smiles and cheerful faces. The salon is stunning and very calming. I highly recommend 🥰
Jenny is nice but she messed up my hair. I requested copper with depth. I showed images. Somehow entered with red hair and exited with mostly cool-toned brown hair with balayage. Not sure how this happened. She attempted to fix it and it still had cool tones! I spent 3+ hours there and wasn’t given a discount. I was offered an appointment in two weeks for a correction. I returned two weeks later and it's warm-toned but still nowhere near the copper shade I showed her. I spent over $300 and 5 hours of my time (not counting the 2-hour round trip TWICE) to have my hair done incorrectly. Extremely let down. I tipped generously each time and feel sorry for her because she also seemed perplexed. Neatbeat, if you're going to charge such high prices, you need skilled cosmetologists who are experienced and know what they're doing.
Hannah was INCREDIBLE. My whole experience was absolutely fantastic- the most amazing experience I've ever had at a salon. Everyone was incredibly kind. I've been struggling a lot with life recently, and this visit was just what I needed. Hannah helped boost my confidence and I'm extremely grateful!
