I must say, Cristina is the most amazing stylist I've ever had. She delivered exactly the results I wanted! She is incredibly sweet, understanding, and patient, especially with my unruly hair. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her. I am beyond thrilled with how my hair turned out.

I found it difficult to get assistance at Ulta, as there were plenty of employees chatting amongst themselves. When I finally asked for help, the employee simply told me she had just arrived, which I believe was not my responsibility to know.

I am a huge fan of Ulta and I often visit my local store. During my recent visits to a different location while visiting relatives, I was quite disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in some of the displays, especially the NYX section. Many sealed lip glosses, blushes, and bronzers were opened and dirty. This was not the first time I encountered this issue, as a large portion of the drugstore side brands had the same problem during my previous visit. Although the sales associate I spoke with was very pleasant and tried to find unopened products for me, this seems to be a recurring issue. The fact that I visited early in the morning and still found unhygienic conditions from the previous day is concerning.
