The proprietor is consistently helpful, offering excellent advice on hair styles that suit you best. Her recommendations on products and the amount of hair needed for specific styles are always spot-on. Unfortunately, there's a no-return policy once hair is purchased, and due to Covid, trying on wigs is not allowed. Parking can be tricky, so it's best to visit during off-peak hours. I believe they close around 8pm.
I seriously wouldn't even consider going to any other barber shops in LA. The quality of service at this place is subpar. They shut down for a whole month, can you believe it? When they finally reopened, I called after work and politely asked if they could stay open a bit longer, but they flat-out refused. I'm a loyal customer and spend quite a bit each visit, but their lack of flexibility is disappointing. Definitely not worth recommending. 😒
I've been waiting outside for almost 40 minutes for this place to open at the advertised time of 9am. The door and website clearly state the opening time, but here we are, still locked out. Me and three other ladies have been sitting here for quite a while now, and needless to say, we're extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with this whole ordeal.
