The proprietor is consistently helpful, offering excellent advice on hair styles that suit you best. Her recommendations on products and the amount of hair needed for specific styles are always spot-on. Unfortunately, there's a no-return policy once hair is purchased, and due to Covid, trying on wigs is not allowed. Parking can be tricky, so it's best to visit during off-peak hours. Not a pleasant experience, which is unusual because the staff are typically very friendly and helpful. On Saturday, there were 2 staff members and no other customers, but they were both extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They were engrossed in a personal conversation and made it clear that I was interrupting their social time.
