I had a great experience here! It was my first time trying acrylic nails, and they turned out beautifully. The nail technician was quick and efficient.
I was warmly welcomed here, except by the nail technician named Lynn. My excitement for getting my nails done was dampened by her unprofessional behavior. She ate with her fingers, didn't wash them, and then touched my hands. The nail shape wasn't perfect, and I had to refine them myself. There was a bump under my thumb nail, and she cut my skin without apologizing. Using a thin tool, she hurt me again. The curing top coat was left on my skin, making me remove it myself. Disappointed with the experience.
