Riley provided exceptional service for my 11-year-old daughter's piercing. She was patient, reassuring, and made the process as smooth as possible. Riley gave clear instructions on aftercare and recommended suitable jewelry sources for when the studs need to be changed. Additionally, she re-pierced my ears with great professionalism, speed, and hygiene standards. I highly endorse her for any piercing needs!
I am beyond thrilled with my daughter's ear piercings. I had the pleasure of being assisted by both Aiden (now departed) and Riley. My daughter had one ear pierced (by Aiden) and hesitated to do the other. We made three more attempts before she finally agreed to get the other ear done. The level of patience displayed by everyone there is truly remarkable, like something out of a fairy tale. Riley was willing to take as much time as necessary to complete the piercing, ensuring my daughter's comfort throughout the entire process. We also had to switch out earrings because the original ones were no longer available. Cameron went above and beyond to procure them for us. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment. The teamwork and dedication of the staff ensure that customers have an exceptional experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. A perfect 10 out of 10. We will definitely be returning!
