I came in for a full set of acrylic nails and was underwhelmed by the results. The application was sloppy, and the nails looked lumpy. Despite the friendly staff, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told the issue would be fixed during filing, which did not happen. Additionally, the polish application was messy and looked amateurish. Given the high prices, I expected much better quality. Decided to make the journey from Charlotte for my inaugural visit to elle luxe (after hearing glowing reviews) and I am now a loyal fan.
