Tiffany Goodwin did an outstanding job on my daughter's and my hair. I opted for highlights, and she delivered beyond expectations! I had never gone for a lighter shade before, so I was a bit hesitant initially. However, thanks to Tiffany Goodwin, it turned out fantastic!

I came in for a full set of acrylic nails and was underwhelmed by the results. The application was sloppy, and the nails looked lumpy. Despite the friendly staff, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told the issue would be fixed during filing, which did not happen. Additionally, the polish application was messy and looked amateurish. Given the high prices, I expected much better quality. I will not be returning to this salon.

Decided to make the journey from Charlotte for my inaugural visit to elle luxe (after hearing glowing reviews) and I am now a loyal fan. The ambiance is lively and the entire team was exceptionally welcoming! The Hot Stone Massage by Julie was pure bliss and utterly relaxing! Already scheduled my next session and looking forward to exploring the fantastic skincare products and charming merchandise.
