The individuals working here are the most supportive, knowledgeable, and kind-hearted individuals I could have ever encountered while shopping. Recently, I faced a situation where I had to send my spouse to purchase my hair color. I called ahead, and the person on the phone actually assisted me in selecting the perfect color and had it prepared and waiting for my husband upon his arrival. I will never purchase my hair products from any other place as long as I can reach Sally's in Jasper. This establishment truly surpasses expectations with its helpful team. Thank you, Sally's!

Rarely do I visit Sally's Beauty Supply, and when I do, I am usually satisfied. However, on Friday 9/17/2021, I went there to purchase texturing shears with the hope of using them on my own hair. Not being a professional hairdresser, I was in desperate need of someone with even a bit of knowledge to assist me in making the right or at least the best choice for my styling needs. Unfortunately, there was NO ONE available to help me. The kind lady who "only managed the cash register" was willing to assist to the best of her ability but repeatedly mentioned that she was "only the cashier and lacked the knowledge to help me." Eventually, I made the best decision I could and was prepared to make my purchase, only to be informed that they could not provide change (I only had cash and five dollars extra). They could only accept cards or exact change. After spending time searching and hoping I was selecting the right product, I couldn't even make the purchase with the cash I had on hand. I do not hold the cashier responsible in any way (I genuinely believe she did her best within her role). I left extremely disappointed with my experience. There are certainly changes that need to be implemented!
