I came in for a full set of acrylic nails and was underwhelmed by the results. The application was sloppy, and the nails looked lumpy. Despite the friendly staff, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told the issue would be fixed during filing, which did not happen. Additionally, the polish application was messy and looked amateurish. Given the high prices, I expected much better quality. I will not be returning to this salon.
I don't usually leave negative reviews, but the nail technician who worked on my nails was incredibly rude. She was rough and caused me pain, and when I flinched, she would roll her eyes and forcefully grab my hand. I asked for my nails to be soaked off gently, but she impatiently ripped them off, causing me a lot of discomfort. I usually go to Elegant Nails and have never had such a bad experience. I strongly advise against visiting this salon.
I visited this nail salon for acrylic nails and was disappointed with the result. The nails were uneven and not the almond shape I requested; some were even pointy. The owner tried to justify the poor quality by blaming the matte black color, but the gel polish started coming off after just one day. I will not return to this salon and cannot recommend it to others.
