I came in for a full set of acrylic nails and was underwhelmed by the results. The application was sloppy, and the nails looked lumpy. Despite the friendly staff, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told the issue would be fixed during filing, which did not happen. Additionally, the polish application was messy and looked amateurish. Given the high prices, I expected much better quality. I can confidently say that this business is by far the most responsive and professional detailer in the region. They were quick to respond and were able to schedule me for a time that suited my schedule. They did an exceptional detail on my vehicle and exceeded the service of other detailers. The highlight is that my car had various spots and stains from unknown sources. But they worked their magic and made it look better than brand new. Not to mention the fantastic job they did on the rest of the car. River is an outstanding stylist. I want to emphasize that. However, today on 6-25, I did NOT see River. My hair was already short and now it's so badly cut that I will have to wait weeks for it to grow out enough to be fixed. I'm not exaggerating. The lady who cut my hair was so engrossed in her Facebook page about a family gathering and who she would invite that she never inquired about my preferences. She spoke about it for at least a minute before I finally asked her if she was addressing me or on the phone. She wasn't. I wanted the curls off the back of my neck and away from my ears. Maintain the length on top. I had to interrupt her to convey this because she still didn't ask. She chatted the whole time about this gathering and removed the cape. I wear glasses, so I couldn't see what she had done. I had the curl over my ears and NOTHING else. I was frustrated and I informed her that she made a mistake and perhaps should focus more on her work than on someone's relation to her deceased grandfather. She did apologize, but the damage was done. A supervisor (didn't catch her name) offered to trim the curls over my ears. She did her best, I suppose, but there wasn't much she could do for the rest because it was so short. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home and saw the back of it with two mirrors. They didn't offer to show me for obvious reasons. The individuals working here are the most supportive, knowledgeable, and kind-hearted individuals I could have ever encountered while shopping. Recently, I faced a situation where I had to send my spouse to purchase my hair color. I called ahead, and the person on the phone actually assisted me in selecting the perfect color and had it prepared and waiting for my husband upon his arrival. I will never purchase my hair products from any other place as long as I can reach Sally's in Jasper. This establishment truly surpasses expectations with its helpful team.
