I visited in the late afternoon. The store was very bright and hot because they lack blinds. It was challenging to see the debit machine due to the intense sunlight, I had to use a leaflet to shield my eyes. I am concerned about the products being exposed to such high temperatures. The lady assisting me was friendly and helpful.

I adore this spot, the team is always ready to assist and accommodate large orders for sales. They recently relocated to a larger space within the same shopping area, and I am thrilled with the expansion. The new store is so spacious. My experiences here have always been positive, especially with the manager Linda! She has provided me with excellent and well-informed suggestions for both myself and my clients!

There are occasionally helpful and knowledgeable staff members who are kind and skilled. However, during my visit, the only employee present was a woman who could not address our inquiries about dyeing and bleaching. She advised us to return when their colorists were available. It is surprising that they would hire someone who lacks comprehensive knowledge about their field. As far as I know, a professional license is required to work at cosmo prof. It appears they may have relaxed that requirement. I left without gaining any valuable information.
