Dr. Perel attentively listened to my concerns before addressing my ingrown toenail. He was thorough in his approach and provided clear instructions on post-care for the next five days to prevent any infections. I appreciate the minimal wait time for scheduled appointments with Dr. Perel. Based on my past and present experiences, I would wholeheartedly recommend his services.
I was unimpressed with his demeanor! The staff also lacked friendliness! During the first visit, he forgot to prescribe antibiotics! On the second visit, he commented on her bare foot, not realizing she couldn't wear a shoe due to her sore. It was overlooked that he hadn't provided a boot in the first place! My mother has some hearing difficulties, requiring louder speech, yet when she asked a question he had just answered, he responded with impatience. While he may have many positive reviews, we will not be returning. Thankfully, her sore is healing well.
We went to Monroe Foot and Ankle Care for a corn treatment. They were extremely professional and courteous. The doctor thoroughly explained the symptoms, and the treatment was spot-on. We highly recommend this establishment.
