Initially, they recommend using the clever style app to book an appointment. However, the app often misinforms about availability. After the app's inaccuracy, I had to call to confirm, which turned out to be incorrect. Consequently, I rescheduled with a live person. The appointment was set with Shun for 4 pm, but she only attended to me at 5:47 pm, nearly 2 hours late. This experience reflects poor customer service, coupled with an unwarranted attitude. Improvement is necessary; a more personable approach and less attitude are required.
Tamara provided exceptional service with a pleasant demeanor during my hair cut. I look forward to returning for future appointments with her.
On my first visit to this salon, I encountered a closed sign on the door despite having an appointment. The second time, another sign instructed to make appointments online with no walk-ins accepted. The salon was to open at 9 am, and my appointment was at 9:15. Arriving early, I went shopping and returned by 9:15, but the gate remained closed. After waiting until 9:45 with no staff present, I left. The salon's unreliability contrasts with my positive experiences at City Square. Regrettably, I won't return to Hutchinson Dr.
