Zara was absolutely incredible!! I cannot praise her enough! She dedicated time to keep me informed throughout the process and ensured my comfort. Zara gave me stylish bangs and a lovely pink hair color! Here are before and after photos. Be sure to request Zara during your next visit!!
The image on the right was my source of inspiration, while the one on the left and the subsequent photo depict the outcome I received. The final picture was taken after revisiting the salon to eliminate the red hue. I feel like the depth, vibrancy, and highlights from the initial inspiration are missing. I had envisioned an Autumn look, and Misty, the proprietor, attempted to rectify it resulting in the last image. I am hesitant about returning to this establishment, as three individuals, including Misty, claimed that I left with the desired outcome (as shown in the last photo). It seems as though I allowed recent high school graduates to experiment on my hair and had to pay a significant amount for it. Moreover, I am required to keep this look for six months as advised after undergoing three dye sessions in two days. This current appearance is the closest to my original hair color. If I had the option, I would rate this experience a zero. Autumn requires additional training; it was careless to apply red dye all over my head when I had requested a warm caramel balayage.
5-star review: This establishment is definitely worth revisiting. A friend, whose stylist was also Natalie, recommended this place to me some time ago. Natalie did a fantastic job on my hair. She ensured my comfort and sought my input before proceeding with any changes. She excelled in cutting my hair to perfection and displayed great patience during the nearly 7-hour dyeing process. The end result was well worth the time, and I highly recommend her services.
