I am torn between giving a 3-star rating. The first person who contacted me regarding my order seemed to be in a bad mood, but the second person was friendly. I ordered flowers for a funeral and while the value was decent at $73, the presentation was disappointing. The flowers were haphazardly inserted into a green plant, which was quite embarrassing as it was meant for a colleague. The arrangement did not meet my expectations.About
